CATERING & EVENT POLICIES

Advance Notice:

We recommend placing your catering order request as early as possible.

Every effort is made to accommodate our clients, however advance notice ensures the ability to properly plan for your event. 

GUEST MINIMUMS

There is a minimum of 10 guests for any buffet services

ATTENDANCE

A final guaranteed guest count must be submitted seven (7) business days prior to your event. If your event is less than seven days away, an accurate guest count must be given upon booking. Any changes to guest count afterward will incur an additional fee of $20 per guest.

Guest count cannot be reduced if event is less than 7 days out.

 

We will do our best to accommodate any request to increase the guest count, however changes will be subject to additional charges.

ALCOHOL SERVICES

All alcoholic beverages for buffet and on-site catering services must be provided by the client. 

We only provide wine for in-home experiences.

Alcoholic beverages are only served to guests 21 years of age and older.

The client is responsible for identifying guests under the age of 21.

Events must be by invitation only and cannot be open or advertised to the public.

HOLIDAYS & LAST MINUTE EVENTS

Events falling on holidays, holiday weekends, or events occurring within 7 days of contact, will incur a 20% additional charge. 

PAYMENTS

In order to guarantee services, pre-payment is required on all contracts.

Deposit Information:

30+ days away: 25%

21-30: 45%

14-20: 50%

7-13: 75%

0-7: 100% + 20% rush fee

All deposits are due upon booking, payments wil be scheduled out according to how far out your event date is.

Final payment for event charges in addition to those estimated on the contract must be paid up at least 24 hours before the event, by a company, certified or cashiers check or they will be assessed to the credit card used to authorize the event.

If the event is of a nature that additional charges may be incurred, a completed credit card authorization form must be provided by the customer as a guarantee of payment for services rendered.

CANCELLATIONS

A charge will be assessed for cancellation of contracted services within 10 days of an event. The charge will be calculated to cover material and labor costs (including administrative) incurred by Eclectic Culinarian LLC as a result of the anticipated event as well as the foregone profit margin associated with the cancelled event, should the date not be rebooked by another customer.

COVID-19 event cancellations are no longer honored.

 

Any event cancelled within seven (7) days prior to the event, will incur a charge of the FULL invoiced amount plus a 30% late cancellation fee.
